My Illiterate Stamp Collection - Red

This composition of My Illiterate Stamp Collection is focused on the Penguin Classics red format, which is a format generally dedicated to the fiction genre of theatrical plays. Those I have chosen in this version include plays by Oscar Wilde and George Bernard Shaw, but also novels by Edgar Allen Poe and others.

I created a vintage template for sheets of stamps familiar to visitors to UK Post Offices. The format and the book titles are twisted as always for those who know my workl in order to help you reflect on the cultural significance of stamps and books and how things have changed since they were conceived before our modern age.

A collection of 12 of my finest Pangolin titles and covers include; The Importance of Being on Grindr & other apps by Oscar Oh-So Wild and Emoji Dick by Herman Pee-Wee Melville.
